Study Guides for Experimental Contemplatives 1-3

This three-volume series of Study Guides for Experimental Contemplatives examines the critical and transformative possibilities of group dialogue and study across typically insular groups and ideas. The covers feature photographs of some ‘experimental contemplative moves,’ and inside spreads incorporate the scans of old and rare texts with drawings and notations.

Volume One: Performative Exchange was commissioned by the University of California Alumni Magazine special issue “Articles of Faith,” and was featured on Frequencies, an online collaborative genealogy of spirituality, curated by  Kathryn Lofton and John Lardas Modern for the Social Science Research Council, Brooklyn, NY.
