Interactive Sound Artist Panel, Recess Club, SF (Stanford, CCRMA)

The Center for Computer Research in Music & Acoustics (CCRMA) at Stanford University hosted a panel of artist talks as part of a final exhibition of works form their Interactive Sound Art Class, taught by instructors Sasha Leitman and Consulting Professor Jonathan Abel. My talk focused on the development of interactive sound and resonance throughout my practice, including a three-channel video, 5 channel surround sound work, Threshold by myself and artist Jeanne C. Finley and in collaboration with CCRMA, Lytton Gardens Senior Communities and the SF Threshold Choir.Above image: Threshold, Mel Day & Jeanne C.
